If your server shows as "not connected" in SellCloud, the cause is usually one of the following reasons:
- Your server is offline.
- Your server provider is having network problems.
- Your browser's time or timezone is incorrect.
Feel free to contact SellCloud support to confirm whether or not your server is connected.
Debugging Incorrect Browser Time
If your browser has an incorrect time, in SellCloud you will be told that your servers are "not connected" even if they really are connected to SellCloud.

If the time above is not correct, you should correct your computer's time or timezone. Your browser uses your computer's time. It does not have its own clock settings.
