You are not able to downgrade to a plan with a smaller disk. If you need to downgrade, you need to setup a new server with a lower specifications. Then you can backup your website and database from the current server and download them to your local host i.e your PC or laptop. After that you can upload your website files and database to the new downgraded server plan. You can read our tutorials about this process. After all uploads done and if the new server is working and your website is live without any issues, you can then delete the old server.
